Application for NRC License Transfer for Deconversion Plant

American Fuel Resources is pleased to announce that we have applied to the NRC for transfer of International Isotopes’ license for a Depleted Uranium Hexafluoride deconversion facility in Lea County, New Mexico. This license transfer marks a crucial step forward in AFR’s ongoing work to expand depleted Uranium deconversion capacity and the long-term sustainability of the nuclear supply chain in the United States.
